I cannot imagine this man being a children's dentist!!! I am a 30 yr.old man who he said rude things 2 like "act like a man" n." Stop being a baby " mind u I had 7 teeth pulled . The office was dirty n.equiptment was old n dirty 2. It is 2 days l8r.n.my face n.mouth r.so swollen I can't eat or drink k! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN 2 THIS MAN!!!!!! I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS OFFICE HAS PASSED ANY HEALTH DEPT.INSPECTIONS. MY NEXT STOP IS FREER HOST I SERIOUSLY THINK HE BROKE MY JAW.
Dr. Gragg's staff is polite and curteous in office, but rude on the phone. They seem to lack also, some important skills like good suction and cleansing techniques during procedures. Dr. Gragg has poor "chair side" attitude, due to overwork and over scheduled patients. Does not explain procedures as he completes them, simply works quickly and sometimes uncomfortably. Did root canal w/o pain meds, w/o notifying me of decision until after he began. Rescheduled husband's extraction after making him wait for one and a half hours... read more
