Excellent Honoring
I had a appt with Dr. Meltzer at 10:30 on Friday 3-15-19. This appt was booked 3 weeks in advance. I was contacted by their office on Thursday as a courtesy call to remind me of the appt ( no other issues were discussed ) Upon arriving at appt early, I was told that my insurance on file was not correct and my appt was declined. Their office had 3 weeks to either call me or call Blue Cross and get this issue resolved prior to my appt. I took the day off and this was a horrible experience.
Knows his stuff, makes me feel comfortable!
The best ophthalmologist I ever seen, very knowledgeable, very professional. I really like his non invasive ways of treatments.
