I’ve been coming here for years with my kids and I have never missed a appointment, now that I have a new Baby I have to her FIRST DOCTORS APPOINTMENT because they have new rules and they only allow one parent to go back with a child. I will be looking for another pediatrician this has me very upsetting!!!
My children have been going to Dr. ALEXANDER for years. I have not had a problem getting a appointment or just being seen if my children were sick. The love and compassion her and her staff have is great. Michelle Kirkland is the best Nurse Practitioner ever.
I have been going here with my kids for 6 years now. The providers are excellent and really take the time with my children.
Physician did not have the appropriate tests done to accurately diagnose my baby. My baby was prescribed medication and after the illness worsen, and I called after hours, I was told that I should not be giving my baby the medicine that she prescribed a day earlier.
