Dr. Jenny Lee was very kind and gave me good advise during my visit at the office location 266 S.Harvard Blvd Ste 350, Los Angeles CA 90004. All employees were very kind, professional and friendly in the office. Thank you so much!
Dr is fine. Needed paperwork and it took 3 months. It was emergency paperwork needed and it took 3 months. (Yes, someones life depends on this paperwork). Dr. needs to lose their license immediately. This Dr. obviously thinks peoples lives are jokes.
Dr Lee is great, very knowledgeable and helpful, the receptionist at the 6th st have cero manners of customer service, receptionist are not helpful at all, horrible service and experience from the receptionist.
Bad Receptionist Service. You call to get help they dont even try to help. Had to have my insurance call them directly to be able to get help from this clinic.
