Dr. has sat on my test results, her assistant has been stonewalling me. By weeks end I had confirmed with the lab that Dr. Hepp's office rec'd and DAnna resentfully read the results to me.The report left out crucial info. I asked her to get that info and was stonewalled. None-the-less Dr. Hepp was referring me for a surgical consult and would take no action to seek further info from the Radiologist. The referral was to a Pro-Life/Abstinence clinic.When I asked for referral to another she said no
Super patient and caring. I never feel rushed and she is thorough with her explanations. I avoided visiting doctors until I met Dr. Hepp
Dr. Hepp is an exceptional primary care physician. She is a wonderful listener, takes a personal interest in her patients, has a great sense of humor and keeps up to date on the latest health advances. As an osteopath, she treats the whole patient holistically. It was sometimes difficult to get an urgent appointment with her, although the PA or other staff providers were often available.
Dr. Hepp really listens to her patients, is very knowledgeable, and has properly treated every ailment I have seen her for. I have seen her for about 7 years, my husband and brother see her, and I have recommended her to three friends who are all regular patients of hers as well. As an added bonus, she is very skilled at chiropractic care too.
Would not recommend. Dr. Hepp talked down to me, a 19 year old female, when it came to my IUD options. She made the experience uncomfortable when it was that way to begin with. It was though she was judging me for being sexually active (with my one and only partner) at my age. After this appointment, their office never called me back with my test results and the disclaimer papers "were lost in the mix of everything". Will not be going back to this disrespectful doctor and assistant duo.
