From dream to nightmare: I used to love Dr. Hepp. Unfortunately, everything declined since she partnered with the Snooks. Over time, it became tougher to get appointments with her. I got used to sub-par physician's assistants (while still paying the same amount). RX refills became tougher to get processed properly. When I did see Dr. Hepp, she used to smile and care. Test results “lost” after being sent 3 times by the testing facility. Assistant kept telling me she’d have results. Three weeks later-nothing!!! Office manager never called back. Lies are all I get. I just want my freakin’ records. Do not go to Dr. Hepp.
Not an “integrated” medicine doctor unless you consider dispensing pharmaceutical drugs integrated. Instead of addressing the root cause of medical issues, be prepared to be given drugs to mask your symptoms. Lab work is often lost and the doctor is no proactive in rectifying situations or reporting lab results in s timely manner.
