I've been seeing Dr Service for several years now and her quality of care has really tanked. She's not very communicative, always late to appointments, offers zero care suggestions. She's definitely checked out. Don't bother seeing her unless you already know exactly what you need and just need someone to sign the prescription, even then...
I started with Dr Service after my previous psychiatrist went on to assist children and young adults with their mental illness struggles. She has listened to me, been available between appointments, had me on the right medication and I’m stable. I had to change meds and withdrawals are always going to be horrible when that happens. I have been seeing Dr Service for many years now. I have found her to be very talented and knowledgable. She has been kind and compassionate. I supplement my time with Dr Service with counseling with a reliable Psycologist where I can see more often and has more time to work with me intensively. The balance has been life changing!
Are you looking for a doctor who will be against you and not help you? Go to Dr. Service. She will admit straight out she hasn't helped you but will charge you and take your money. Absolutely worthless and a waste of time. She will question your sense of truth and purpose for coming. The only person you should be questioning for truth is her! I have never seen such a worthless doctor in my life. She was rude, no empathy or compassion. First clue was she doesn't look at you during your visit. She could care less why you are there. It's like she is going through the motions just to get your visit over with. I felt like a piece of machinery in a factory. She is not worthy of holding the title "doctor" I would NEVER recommend seeing this doctor. I f I would leave 0 stars I would have. I cried all the way home after my visit. Absolutely HORRIBLE
Absolutely horrible. Condescending, argumentative and no compassion. Do yourself a favor see someone else. You will save much frustration and money. She shouldn't be a doctor!
She is kind and brilliant and superbly trained and has done just what needed doing!
She has helped me get on the right medications. The visits are quick and listens to my concerns and adjusts as needed.
Dr. Service is very thorough. She really is great doctor and she does have a wonderful bedside manner. She treats complicated cases brilliantly.
