Been a patient for over 10 years and recently I’m disappointed. I made a physical appointment with Dr. Phifer months in advance and she canceled the appointment. The office gave me a June appointment . So now I have to wait 3 months .This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time they said they the doctor was sick which is okay and I had an appointment within that month. I felt like they cared for patients.This time I feel like my health is not there concern.
I transferred to Dr. Phifer's Knightdale office after my previous primary care in Raleigh retired. She has made the transition for me seamless and is an excellent listener with quality feedback.
