No sincere concern for doing the right thing for patients. Instead, they hide behind ‘policies’ and ‘procedures’. ‘Can’t refill routine meds cause you’re now on medicaid. WakeMed doesn’t accept Medicaid as a payor’. I think that says it all.
Me & my daughter has being going to Dr. Phifer for awhile now. She's very easy to talk to & always knowledgeable. Glad we found a good physician in the area
