I love Dr Hollnagel and her staff! They are all very friendly and empathetic to my situation..wound care. Dr Hollnagel has gone above and beyond to get my very stubborn wounds healed. She and her staff have spent a lot of time working to get treatment approved. The battles with insurance are never-ending! She is also very mindful of costs and always asks me first if I want to try something outside of what insurance pays.
My experience with Premier Foot & Ankle has been positive. Everyone in the office is welcoming, friendly, and professional. After years of ignoring a toenail disorder, I’m very pleased with the results I’ve seen with Dr Hollnagel-Kauffman and her staff. Thank you!

I was referred to Dr. JennaLou about 2 years ago and I’m so thankful I found her. Two previous podiatrists I saw were unable to help me with growing back a toenail that was removed in error. It was starting to feel hopeless that I would ever have a normal toenail again. Dr. JennaLou started doing laser treatments on my toe several months ago and the nail is now 3/4 of the way grown in. Staff is very nice and office is too. Dr Hollnagel-Kauffman is very knowledgeable but I felt like she was always impatient when treating me. She would come in and throw a bunch of information and options at me but would not take the time to go through the costs or which ones were covered by insurance. Also, a lot of the treatments, I had never heard of and getting an explanation was always a pain because it was rushed as if she was irritated to be explaining them to me.
