I would give minus 5 stars if I could. Jenna Gantner has a HORRIBLE bedside manner, is uncaring, and unprofessional. In contrast to the Dr. who I've seen for years, who was formerly Chief of Operations with NASA, and who was extremely intelligent, humble, helpful and compassionate, Dr. Gantner is a joke... She acted like she thinks she's a god, gave unintelligent and unhelpful answers and seemed to think that my and my daughter's reasonable questions were stupid. Terrible service provider, zero bedside manner. My family won't be returning to Banner ER again after receiving zero care from this doctor on two different occasions.
This person failed to tell me of a very serious condition before rudely and unecessarily kicking me out if er. I only found out of condition after reading test results 2 weeks later! She has no business in this business!
Not only the worst (and littlest possible) care, but also blatantly disrespectful towards us within earshot.
This person should have never become a Doctor. She certainly is after the paycheck and not the patient care. Worst experience in medical care of my life. I walked out of the ER after 4 hours just to go ANYWHERE else to see ANY other actual Doctor. Turns out I had poisoning and thank God I went after medical care elsewhere. She could not bother to even talk to me for more than 2 minutes to help me. I will be calling a lawyer.
