Very very thorough ! Very nice ! No criticisms !
Dr. Reddy runs an immaculate office where patients are seen on time and everything done is professional and comfortable. She answers questions and explains things kindly. Very knowledgeable. Thought to be great find, until Dr. Reddy said insurance restricts a surgical procedure. Called insurance...they said that's not accurate. Now can't get a promised return call from doctor to sort out the discrepancy. Insurance called twice. I called twice. Rose, in doctor's office promised doctor would call. Hasn't happened. Yet.
