Dr Watson is very good at doctoring but his staff needs to schedule appointments better. Came one half hour early as requested and waited forty five minutes to be shown to an exam room and waited another fifty minutes for the doctor. This is totally inconsiderate of the patients time and very frustrating.
Dr Watson cares about his patients. He listens and takes the time to explain options and solutions with patience and kindness. And a great sense of humor.
My visit was to evaluate ongoing issues with hardware in my wrist. Dr. Watson did not do the original surgery. He actively listened to my concerns & symptoms and did a thorough hands on exam. Dr. Watson has a calm, caring demeanor. After an informed discussion, I made the decision to proceed with surgery to remove the hardware. As a bonus, CSOG office staff are genuinely kind & professional. More to come after my surgical experience.
I was very pleased with Dr. Watson’s explanation of my thumb issue. He also addressed the lack of sensation in my fingertips. He offered various ways to try to deal with my concerns. I felt very at ease with him and appreciate all the information he presented to me!

Dr. Watson has been persistent and thorough in working to determine the cause and appropriate treatment.
