Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Dr. Hanzel is one of the kindess and gentle doctors i've ever known. He greets every child with a smile and answers any & every question that a parent might ask.

Dr. Hanzel is a rare find in a pediatrician. He has the experience and wisdom that is seldom wih younger colleagues. He does not jump to excessive testing without medical need, but willing to make that call when warranted. My healthy 14 year old daughter owes her life to this practicioner, who saved her life on 2-27-1991. I left a very modern pediatric practice to see him, and am so very glad that I did. We owe our whole world to his care and wisdom.
