I wouldn’t let him operate on my dead dog. His outcomes are horrible. He is dangerous. Healthy people are dying after elective surgeries. He seems all nice, but once your surgery is done, he’s done with you.
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Jeffrey Cohen. I was billed for services not rendered. I was not provided with informed consent regarding the procedure and it resulted in an unexpected high out of pocket expense. Neither staff nor Dr. Cohen were helpful and the treatment was not beneficial. Hundreds of dollars were spent with no results. Just a money hungry practice without even a hint of patient satisfaction as a focus. Go somewhere else.

I beg of you, do not make the same mistake I did by allowing him to do surgery on me.
When he is done with your surgery, he is done with you. Doesn't seem to ever wants to be wrong so he wouldn't prescribe an antibiotic I needed even tho many staff thought it should be given Five different home health care nurses called about the incision and he never even called them back. Ended up back in the hospital for over 2 weeks and rehab for almost 2 months. Have come in contact with many people who he did surgery on and only 1 is satisfied. Dr. Cohen puts 100% of his effort into making his patients feel safe and comfortable from the moment he meets them, until they leave the office/hospital. He answers calls at any hour of the day or night and is always very reassuring. I would not recommend anyone else!!!
Choose another practice and surgeon. You will thank me later. I have 15 years of experience with this practice.
I would really never chosen this surgeon. He is the worst thing it ever happened to me and my family. If you want somebody that cares for you and your family, go for another one. There are many good ones out there who will take the time to make your life easier while you are under conditions like this.
This doctor is more interested in the number of surgeries he performs monthly (30) NOT in the patients themselves. His lack of concern is evident in that he did NOT provide timely help or information to assist in my recovery. It was necessary for me (in the thralls of pain) to do my own research.
