The Dr. was thorough, attentive to detail and explained everything simply and well;l.
Respect, intelligence, warmth, knowledge base. Recalls details from pt hx and previous visits. Empathy. Positive attitude.
Dr. Monrovia was took his time and explained everything that was part of the process. I no fear in the procedure because he had gained my trust .
Spends a lot of time meeting with you, examining your eyes, and explaining different types of artificial lenses for your particular need. Personally calls you in the evening of the day you have had your surgery to make sure you are recovering well, and then you see him again in person the day after the surgery.
His thoroughness and concern with my exam and his explanation of how my eyes are doing.
Dr. Minkovitz went out of his way to make sure I got the treatment I needed, through my primary Dr.
Our visit was outstanding. Very thorough examination. Dr. Was extremely helpful. Told me it was not in my best interest to proceed at this time. How wonderful to have a physician so thoughtful and kind. I believe he is a genuinely caring person with the best interests of his patients at heart. I recommend this office.
