1st visit. Very short wait time. Pleasant, informative, answerd questions, didn't rush.
This visit was a follow up after having an MRI done. Practice always seems to run on-time, and sometimes even early. Having been seeing Dr. Cairoli for 15 years now. Have never considered seeing a different oncologist.

Intelligent, interested, and very helpful. I have anemia caused by chronic kidney disease. Dr. Chen is keeping an eye on it. I trust her.
I have been seeing Dr. Silberberg since March 2011. He treated me then for early stage breast cancer. I will always recommend him. I see him once a year now.
Only doctor I have that seems to spend extra time and is caring.
Couldn’t care less. I had nothing wrong with blood results and she had no answers as to why I have all this bruising with other symptoms, but still made me come in for a follow up. Despite the 45 min wait to see her and tons of patients getting infusions, I guess she really needs that copay, no matter how unnecessary and inconvenient it is for a patient. Prior, I had written to them twice asking about the blood results being normal w no response. I definitely do not recommend.

I just feel like Dr Chen cares about me, personally.
I have been with Dr. Chen for almost 20 years. I couldn't imagine being in the care of anyone else.When you speak to her she really hears you. I've been to other oncologists who just lack that skill. Not great.In addition, her staff is super helpful. They are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I've never had to wait more than 24hrs to have an issue resolved.
