Appointments are punctual ( unless there is an emergency)bed side manners outstanding ,compassionate, follow thru in a timely manner great listener and polite . I wished all my Doctors were like him.
Dr. Silberberg takes whatever time is necessary to address any concerns I may have. He never makes me feel rushed or unheard.
As a dermatologist in medicine for over 50 years I recently referred a patient, my brother in law, with cancer to Dr Silberberg. Dr Silberberg is an astute, caring, knowledgeable oncologist who genuinely cares about all of his patients. He provided clarity hope and was able to secure the two medications just approve in April 2023 for free for my patient’s cancer. I have been calling Dr. Silberberg's office for one full week, leaving 2 messages or so per day with not one return call. I was told that I need to schedule an infusion and this is day 8 with no response from their office. At this point, I have found a new facility and will receive my infusions at the hospital. This guy sucks!!
On May 12th I was left waiting in Dr Silberberg's office for more then 50 minutes during a pandemic before leaving the office without seeing him. I had asked that someone call me but that didn't happen. After a weeks time I called and agreed to a Doxy.me appointment which was to take place today at 3:30. Michelle called me yesterday at 3:15 to confirm the appointment. I logged onto the waiting room at 3:30, at 4:54 I called the office to see why I was still waiting. Over the past week I was asked by Dr Silberberg's staff to change my appointment time twice to accommodate the doctor. Today when I arrived, with mask on, I had to wait. FOR 50 MINUTES. Then I was called back to be weighted and then told he was still with a patient so I would have to go back into the waiting room until he was ready. No, that wasn't going to happen. He's fired! If you don't value your worth then he's the doctor for you. My time is valuable to Dr Silberberg!!
