I feel my care provider is not listening to me and the bridge of trust has been compromised. I was not properly informed about some of my treatment options which is causing me great distress. Trying to work it out...
Dr. Cairoli asked how I was feeling and checked that I was taking my medication as directed. He also verified that I was having screenings done and wrote an order for my next one in November. He is keeping me up to date.
The entire staff has been wonderful. Compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable, and on time for appointments.
Dr. Chen has a great personality and is very knowledgeable. Everyone at RCCA Holmdel from the front desk, to the PA and the techs and phlebotomist are friendly, caring and good at what they do.
Dr. Chen and her staff are always very professional and they make you feel at ease. The office is clean, beautifully decorated with uplifting messages and seasonal decorations. I am always comfortable when I see Dr. Chen, she is so pleasant easy to talk to, she listens and gives either explanations or resolutions as necessary.She is always pleasant and comforting.

Dr Chen is very personable she's kind caring very considerate that she's right on target all the time I love her! I was diagnosed with leukemia in 2012 and within no time I was in remission thanks to the care and diligence of Dr Chen. I cannot say enough about her. I would recommend her to anyone in need of an oncologist.
