I saw Dr. Pilchman recently. He is so kind and listened patiently to all I had to say. I feel very good about seeing him for my GI concerns
Dr. Pilchman is excellent - I’ve been a patient for over 15 years. Very knowledgeable, very kind and great bedside manner. Thank you! The women in practice were all wonderful as well. I told Dr. Pilchman that I was on Trulicity and that is slows gastric emptying. I told him that he needed to modify the prep. I brought him the package insert from the Trulicity and he refused to take it. He said, "I'm not a diabetes doctor. I don't need to read this." What doctor doesn't want to learn something? As a result of not learning about Trulicity, my colon wasn't completely empty at the time of the colonoscopy. Dr Pilchman is awesome. On the other hand Billing hasn’t answered me back after 2 weeks of trying to contact them. I was supposed to have a copay of 0 confirmed with the office. I am being charged a total of $1,000 in 2 copays. No one will speak with me. I am being nice and professional unlike the Office. This is unacceptable. Guess I have to go there in person.
