I was visiting family in Tacoma when my 18 month old Grandson broke out in hives head to toe. I was referred to Dr. Jacobs. Although he was totally booked, his staff fit us in between appointments. Dr. Jacobs diagnosed my Grandson with severe peanut allergy and even recommended a doctor in the state in which we live.. I thank Doctor Jacobs’s for his knowledge, compassion, and helping my grandson, while calming down my daughter and myself.

My son has been seeing him for about 15 yrs and my daughter for about 10. He's wonderful!
We missed a appointment we didn't even know about. That is not on my son's my chart and he cancels his appoinmet we had set up 3 months ago. My son is almost out of asthma medication and Dr. Jacobs decided to put us on same day only for all doctor's that is not ok at all. And is very wrong
