It is rare to find a doctor who double-checks results of an eye exam to make sure the correct lenses were chosen and the patient's eyesight is exactly what the exam showed it to be. He is truly interested in the person's well-being and answers any questions very precisely, and in a way that you're able to understand. In my personal experience, the issue that I may have had for a few years was found by Dr. Zimm and is now corrected and I must say I haven't been able to see this well in a while.
Worst office staff in Naples. From North Naples to Davis Blvd, every office I have been to is terrible.
Cataract surgery results not as promised; more procedures suggested; still not good results and more money spent. Wait time terrible. When I spoke to him about the wait time, he said that is just the way I operate. Office is too much of a production line. He comes in and says the same exact thing each time you are there (I've been there more than 15 times in relation to this procedure). Did not send records as promised when he sent me for a second opinion.
Great Dr personable friendly speaks a medical language I understand!!!
