Just waited 1:15 minutes after being referred by my primary care Dr to Dr Zimm, this was my first and last visit. I explained to his staff that I had to return to work and didn't matter to them, they did empty the waiting room as I waited. VERY POORLY RUN OFFICE!!! GO TO DR. Frantz
After realizing nothing could be done with having cataract surgery with him he told me to get another opinion. By far the worst eye surgeon out there, stay clear. Going on my 3rd Doctor and the amazing thing is all Doctors band together and no one will admit fault. Now left with a irritating cloudy eye.
After cataract surgery, pain was incredible (this is not normal); he wouldn't listen and just said it will go away. His hand was on the door while I'm asking questions. Went to another doctor, I had 4 things wrong with the surgery. Then my vision kept getting worse especially at night. I'm now scheduled for another surgery since Dr Zimm did not place the lens properly...it is off center and too far back. I only have a 50-50 chance of it being corrected and getting good vision.
Fabulous experience. I had PRK surgery on 11/20/17. Perfect results.
Had cataract surgery...had and continue to have terrible pain and poor vision. His staff was fine; he was not. He ignored my comments about the pain and seemed anxious to leave to get to the next patient. Instead of answering my questions, he said one of his staff would address my concerns. My sense is that he is all about the money....I would not recommend him based upon my experience.
Dr Zimm promised after Lasik I would be able to see. Everything was going to be easy. He ignored that I can't see now, never offering a solution. Last visit I waited 50 min and finally left without seeing him. New Dr confirms everything I was told was untrue. I sent a letter requesting my money back. Finally after several calls, the billing person called me back and said Dr said I signed a consent form, too bad. Not enough space to give all the details - stay away - he only wants the money
The Doctor is very pleasant and direct. Staff kind, and welcoming. I recommend All Saints Eye Center Highly!
Great experience. Excellent staff, highly knowledgeable and very friendly. Dr Zimm is the best.
