Very good excellent surgeon
Had to call 4-5times to get them to send orders to insurance company. They were rude when I asked why I had to keep calling them back to make sure they were doing their job. They kept saying they could send it over to insurance and never would. Now EVERYTHING IS MESSED up and having to be rescheduled because of their laziness
While Dr. Greski and Dr. Kumar are friendly and competent doctors the current office staff is terrible. It has now been 7 weeks since my Biopsy, and several calls to obtain my results. The office staff do not appear to be communicating with the doctors. I have been promised a call back that day or the next day several times and no calls. This office is putting my health at risk. I called my primary care doctor but results must be shared with patient by ordering doctor. I am now contacting a lawyer and the insurance company.
I can only say positive things about the doctors in this office, including Dr. Greski. But, unfortunately, that is not the case for the office staff: disorganized is probably an appropriate terminology, and very little service attitude. Fortunately, the initial very negative experience with the office staff was overcompensated by the very positive experience with the medical staff.
Amazing! Although it was a first visit, he sat down and addressed all of my concerns. He didn’t appear rushed. I will undergo testing. I have complete comfort and trust in Dr. Greski!
Stay clear of this doctor!! He caused me to have difficulty with my kidneys so much so I now have to have major surgery to repair the damage.
I had previously seen another doctor who was unkind, then went to Dr Greski. He is not only a good doctor, but he is kind and respectful as well. He patiently explained everything and did not rush or press. He gave me options and helped me think through them. I went through my proceedure without issues. Now facing a family emergency, his office dropped everything to get my family member into the office although he was not a patient yet (only me). I fully recommend this office and doctor.
Called the after hour emergency number twice as i was in severe pain after Dr Greski performed the procedure but nobody called back until next day and that too office attendant who told us to come to the office.
He has no respect for his patients! Sometimes he has no clue as to what he is doing when it comes to care for individuals. He's always in a hurry and he never comes to see you after performing a procedure,
