About this business
As a neurosurgeon, I believe in treating disorders of the spine and brain with the least invasive and most effective techniques available. As a fellowship trained spine surgeon, I undertook additional training in spinal surgery following my residency so that i could offer these newer techniques to my patients. While we do focus on cutting edge surgical techniques, our first priority is to try and heal the patient without resorting to surgery.

I really enjoyed his newer team members. They are super professional and very kind. I’m also appreciative they took the time to listen and also get straight to business.
Dr. Laurent and staff are by far the most professional practice I have ever experienced. Dr. Laurent has the best bed side manner and informative attitude you could ask for in a time of need. My experience with each appt. leading up to and after surgery has been great. The staff are well rounded and have their part of the practice down to a T!! All I can say is, AWESOME!!!
I had 3 back surgery by Dr. Grant Skidmore in Virginia Beach. After 3 failed attempts, Dr. Laurent was able to step in and gave me my life back. Instead of traditional surgery, Dr. Laurent came up with a plan of action that would not only help me alleviate my chronic pain without taking narcotics pain medications. Dr. Laurent and his team provide exceptional, expert care. The office visit experience is efficient and on-time. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Laurent reviewed my surgical outcomes and answered my questions. My surgical outcomes were better than I hoped for!
