Explains the procedure and answers all questions, helping the patient understand before, during nd post op what tge surgery accomplished.
Dr. Laurent and staff were prompt in regards to my appointment and very courteous and professional. Dr. Laurent addressed my concerns to my satisfaction.

The recommended procedure went exactly as Dr. Laurent said it would. My recovery has been easy and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care I received.
Dr Laurent asked the right questions, listened to my input and gave me good advice as well as a logical path for treatment to address my issue.
Dr. Laurent explained my condition very well. He also has a great bedside manner - down to earth, yet professional.
