Incompetence at every turn. Definitely to the point of danger to patients.
As of 10/22/2021 - I called, someone answered immediately, and I made an appointment with ease. Dr. Globus saw me for about an hour. He really took his time and helped me to make sure I got the right meds. He's very patient. He's hands down the most patient Doctor I've ever met from all my experiences with Dr's. Great Dr. He savid my life detected problem with my heart. He sent me for a tread mill test and found a problem. Within days I had a 4 way bypass. I was a walking time bomb and he found the problem.
Dr Jeffrey Globus is the best primary physician in orange county and the whole world. He helps me and all my family from annual physical, sick visits and minor procedures. Dr Globus's staff is great specially Mina the office manager. If are you looking for a doctors who is kind, smart and very knowledgeable, Doctor Jeffrey Globus is the one you can trust.

Intelligent, very pleasant man. Too much into the Western med tradition, likes a lot of prescription medicines. Also, if you don't want a generic, MAKE THIS VERY CLEAR! Otherwise the office will send in your prescription saying that generics are acceptable, without asking you. Likes to give referrals to other doctors who he thinks are very good. If you think Western medicine has all the answers, he's a good doctor for you.
2nd complaint about no returning calls. Left Wife left message 4 days ago. Still no return call. I guess if you need to speak to someone you need to just keep calling until you get thru. Requesting a call back is pointless
Very detailed doctor, not pushy, non-judgemental, easy to understand when he speaks of medical conditions (doesn't use super impressive medical jargon without explaining what it means).
