Dr Hart has treated my Bipolar disorder for the last 14 years. He has always given my excellent care. Over the years Dr Hart has has to rework my meds. At times I have felt beyond help but Dr Hart has never failed me! With is care, I lead a full and balanced life.
I was hesitant at first when I was referred to Dr Hart, especially since I had not once in my life been to a Psychiatrist and second, because some of the reviews I read about him seemed like he was rude or uncaring. But once I visited Dr hart I realized that he is someone that just wants to get to the point, and he doesn't want to waste your time with small talk. I started seeing Dr. Hart about a year and a half ago. He was the first one to correctly diagnose me with Bipolar Type II vs. the depression I'd been diagnosed with for the past 10ish years. I appreciated that he was usually on time (5 minutes late at the most). However, things changed and I will not be seeing him again. The receptionist was very unfriendly. She was not helpful and acted as though she was too busy to answer my questions. Based on her, I won't be scheduling an appt at this office
