My brother received a bill for services he doesn't recall having. I called the number on the bill and they wanted to know what the services were. They could not provide that info so suggested I call the doctors office to get a copy of the actual bill. I called the numbers I found online and one number just rings and rings and the other number is always busy, no matter when I call. What has happened to customer service!
