I've been seeing Dr. Barnes now for 10+ yrs. I've always known him to be kind, caring, and a virtual "tooth artist". He's made sure my teeth are always "smile ready". I'm 59 and Dr. Barnes has been handling my squeamish, nervousness, with gentle patience. I refuse to see anyone else. Staff is also friendly and efficient.
Although the work they did on my teeth was fine, they wrongly advised me on my insurance without knowing the policy. I was told I would “pay a minimum” for my fillings, yet my bill total came out to be several hundred dollars. They shouldn’t advise anyone on insurance when they haven’t actually spoken to the company and read about the policies. Dr Barnes is a very nice man and did a great job fixing my teeth! The ladies who work in his office are also very nice.
