I had my first visit to Personalized Orthopedics today. Dr Jeffrey Press is both professional & down to earth, a rare combination. Easy to talk to, no ego to deal with & no hint of arrogance. He actually looks at you when he speaks to you instead of tapping away at a computer keyboard. Just a nice person who will do his best for you. His assistant Lisa goes above & beyond to be helpful. Great Doctor. I was experiencing knee pain. Same day appointment, I expected to wait for a while, surprised to be in the exam room within 10- 15 minutes of my appointment time. Dr. Press evaluated and examined my knee, sent me to the in-house x-ray dept. right down the hall, back in the exam room in about 10-15 minutes. Dr. Press evaluates the X-rays, turns the screen and we are both looking at the X-rays now. He explains what the problem is and I can see exactly what he is referring to. Dr. Press has been treating our family since 2002. My son for a football injury to his knee in high school, now my husband it having knee problems. He doesn’t rush. He explains everything to you. Great doctor!!

I went to Dr. Press concerning a knee that I injured 30 years ago,which continually became more challenging for me to exercise,etc. I expected surgery for sure,but after a most thorough examination,he put me on an anti-inflammatory medication. After only a few days my pain and disabilities began to cease,and after 3 weeks I am at least 65% better. I am now adjusting this medication for optimum results. First time today seeing dr.Press, very comfortable with him, he is straight to the point but kind and compassionate, and very multitasking able to hear you , answer questions and write reports, patient and very professional. The assistant Lisa also very sweet, Jessica at the front desk also nice and effective. The office is very clean . Looking forward for the next treatment.

Dr Press was a knowledge and professional doctor. He was my second opinion and my first recommended surgery as I had a subtotal year on my shoulder. Dr Press was insistent that surgery was the last option and have a cortisone injection and recommended PT. My scar tissue was able to heal around the tear and although the tear is still there thro PT and the injection I have been pain free for close to a year. I highly recommended Dr Press. He explained my options and the process. Very competent doctor. I but my trust in him.

Dr. Press is just the best. I have been seeing him for knee issues for several years. He is kind, reassuring and takes a conservative approach to what is best for each patient.. He also gives a gentle, effective cortisone injection for much needed relief.. Lisa, his assistant is lovely and kind as well.. Love the new office space.. serene and calming... Thank you all for your care and comfort.
