Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I got an appointment quickly. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Jeff is so professional and incredibly good at adjusting you just right. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
The office was easy enough to find. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me.Dr. Deschamps is very good. My family has been going to him for 15 years. He uses the activator method of chiropractic care, which is a more gentle and accurate type of adjustment.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They always take the time to listen to me.
