Comfortable atmosphere all around.
Professional,resident role model,great insight and knowledge base,spectacular DPN.
Excellent at first, but declined with increased patient load. Computer system introduced badly. Resident have become sullen. Call center sucks. Employess with poor English is a big problem. Assistant can't perform well under current chain of command. I'm sad to see these things happening. PS. Under NO circumstances should a patient be chastised. I terminate an employee the first time I saw it happen.

He knew what he was doing. Dr. Alexander came in examined by Joe told me it was about to come off and he would take it off. His medical assistant Ryan froze my toe and I felt nothing when he removed my big toenail. I was very pleased.

Christmas came 3 weeks early this year. After less than 3 weeks, I was ecstatic to hear that I did not have to wait the customary 6 weeks with no weight on my foot as required by other hospitals. I was given a boot and was absolutely thrilled to walk unaided out of the office so soon! Amazing doctor!
