I had appointment to see him at the Coral Gables office. The staff was friendly and did not wait long. Had a routine colon test done.

went to hialeah office and was seen be dr gonzalez There were many patients there but many doctors too. Waited 20 minutes to get in. Was very nice. My colon test was scheduled for the following week. Another place I called the wait was 2 months. Also I got appointment for the same week to see him. The test day the staff was very nice and was very happy. Would go back again.
Dr. Gonzalez is an excellent doctor but the process of getting to see him is extremely flawed. I stood in a waiting room where there were 30 people to see I don't know how many doctors because the staff is rude. After standing for an hour and a total of three people being called and I was still standing I asked what was my status and the staff had no idea. After 2 hours of waiting, I was rushed in and seen by a nurse practitioner who was clueless as to my medical history and file. Seems I was scheduled on a day the dr had procedures but was never told. I've always liked Dr Gonzalez but was extremely disappointed! Basically paid and left. Wasted day and money.
Dr. Gonzalez was very nice and his nurse practitioner Nilda was very helpful in getting me ready for my colonoscopy test. Overall was not as long a wait as I thought and the liquid to drink was not bad at all. I was able to do my test in the coral gables office which was great.
I left after waiting 2 hours past my appointment, with another patient still waiting to be seen ahead of me. Absolute disregard for the patient 's time.

Dan We apologize you had to wait so long to be seen. Unfortunately the Tuesday you had your appointment there were various complicated patients that were seen that morning that set me back quite a bit and did not want to rush them out and had to take my time. Dr. Gonzalez.
El doctor González es unos de los mejores doctores es buenísimo yo llevo viniendo con el 10 año y no lo cambiaría por ningún otro mi mamá y papá también se ven con el. El trato y la atención y los conocimientos que tienen son maravillos. Yo lo recomiendo a toda mi familia y amistades. Es un doctor ecepcional.
