I was looking for a Primary Doctor and she was very intuitive, gave me recommendations for a GYN and Gastroenterologist, was able to schedule my appointments in a timely manner. Her office completed my referrals for labs other Dr visits. I truly recommend Dr Talley.

Complete and utter **** office, with terrible customer service, and an even worse doctor(Talley). My wife went in 1 month ago to get medication refilled, and forgot to ask about her asthma inhaler(as she doesn't need it that often) and that visit was 2+ hours long. Now, 1 month later, she's being told she needs to come back in during a Pandemic and probably wait another 2+ hours to get an asthma inhaler prescription refilled. NO THANK YOU! Dr. Talley was empathetic, knowledgeable and willing to write scripts for rxs from multiple providers ( with a comprehensive review of medical records) and hospital to consolidate my prescriptions. Followed up labs with phone call and I was provided appt. in a timely manner.

This is the most useless drs office I have ever gone to. I had pneumonia and they said it would be 4 weeks to get in to her. In 4 weeks I would be in serious trouble. I will never go back and I would not recommend this office for my dog. They could care less about the welfare of their patients. STAY AWAY

I don't have anything nice to say. She apparently lets her PA & staff run the office as far as I can tell. The first visit in 2018, PA did testing & they wanted a blood panel which I took immediately. Over a month later, I still hadn't heard the results, I called 2x. My red blood cell was high & indicated my iron level was TOXIC after review by my new Internist. In June, 2019 I call for appointment to be passed for surgery. Went in last year for stomach muscle pain. Dr Talley stated I needed to do a physical because I am a new patient. Along side this was a xray. This was a year ago. I paid Lab Corp and Steinberg Diagnostics a year ago. I got a bill this March for a non preventive exam. They billed my 2 insurances wrong and will not change it . I paid Dr. Talleys office what was due. I never had a follow up. My blood work and xrays came back with no findings. I felt better a week later. We will not be back

Dr. is excellent but staff is awful. My friends mom was in the hospital and missed an appt. The staff dismissed her because she missed that appt as well as one that they knew she could not make it to due to another procedure. He tried calling to see if they will charge a penalty for missing the appts and still see the dr but they wouldn't consider it. They know she's disabled and all they can say is she could have called. Last thing on her mind was to call and cancel an appt. NO COMPASSION!!
