Saw Dr. Talley for over a decade. I have several medical issues that most were farmed out to specialist. She decided to go into a concierge practice which was fine. She informed me that there was a waiting line to sign up which I found out through her staff was not true. Feeling dumped by my PCP.
Dr.Talley is very caring. She explains everything and answers questions and makes sure you understand. She is personable and takes time with you.
The staff was super friendly and acknowledged us by name when we came in. Dr. Talley took her time with us. Very caring and friendly.

Blatantly rude office staff who often relay incorrect information to the doctor. The doctor double and triple books herself to pay for her fancy new offices. So it's common to wait for up to an hour before you get to an exam room. Once you finally arrive in the exam room it's another 30-40 minute wait. And now she wants to do concierge service so she can charge a monthly shake down fee.
