Blatantly rude office staff who often relay incorrect information to the doctor. The doctor double and triple books herself to pay for her fancy new offices. So it's common to wait for up to an hour before you get to an exam room. Once you finally arrive in the exam room it's another 30-40 minute wait. And now she wants to do concierge service so she can charge a monthly shake down fee. I have high blood pressure and trying to schedule a appt with this office is absolutely the worse. I am fairly healthy so I try to see her once a year-well this year, I called to make a appointment and the front office told me that she is not taking appointments and I will be put on the waiting list-even thou I am a established pt for the last 2 yrs here in Vegas.
