My first visit to his office proved to be a very good experience. The staff were friendly and this put me at ease right away. It was a short time before meeting Dr "J", as he was called. He appeared friendly and I relaxed right away. After discussing my health issues he was able to begin a protocol of addressing my problems, beginning with my number one. I was given to this lazy young doctor from the Philippines in 2018 after my good in house Doctor left this office. I was there on a get acquainted appointment and to go over my blood work results my previous in house Doctor ordered. Instead, out of the blue, this doctor deflects and wants me to get a colonoscopy and I said no. When my mother-in-law moved to the area we needed to find her a new primary care physician. I was very impressed with Dr Golepangs knowledge. He knew exactly what treatment she needed. As a RN I can quickly tell if assessment and treatment are appropriate. He did an excellent job managing her up until she past away at the age of 98.
I have seen Dr Golepang for a few months now and I have found no other primary care Dr work so hard to help with my chronic pain.
Dr. Jay was thorough, meticulous, engaging, very personable, and made me feel like I was his only and most important patient during our initial visit. He has always been very responsive to any questions I've sent him, and he really dug deeply into my medical history and existing conditions. He answered questions with kindness but very direct and thoroughly. I consider him one of the best docs I have had so far.
Dr Golepang is a wonderful Dr. He listens, is caring and is meticulous . I saw him for 1st time today and was very impressed .
