I love Dr Patel & Mark I love Dr Patel & Mark. They clearly care & I have full confidence in them both. Unfortunately today I found the check-in person to be rather flippant & rude when I first spoke with her. When she left the window & returned she was pleasant enough though in no way made up for the initial encounter.
