I rate Dr. Jay Pradahn and his medical team with 5 stars as a cardiac surgeon, but I rate his office staff with zero stars from a customer satisfaction perspective. Two stars overall. My spouse has had many bad experiences when calling to schedule an appointment or failing to get a return call when told she would. Seems like lack of training or lazy attitudes by the staff who answer the phone. Disappointing.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Pradhan since 2019. We are both extremely happy with the care we have received. He has helped us tremendously.

Very disappointed. My husband has been trying to make an appointment for over a week. They made one, canceled it. Was told to monitor his symptoms (for chest pain) for two weeks, then call back!? He tried calling again, the person who answered the phone said she would call him back , never did! Then suddenly a prescription was sent to his pharmacy..
