First of all, there is serious doubt that all the google reviews are real. He explains things quickly and goes out the room. His office is terrible on returning phone calls. His office has taken on different tasks then providing educated top care.

Had an appt with Dr M, was immediately handed off to Bernadette after he came in to say hello. She's been great, but I have to call multiple times and leave multiple messages to schedule appointments, ask questions, etc. The wait time for established patient appointments is long. I just need a refill and can't be seen for three months. Seems like they have more patients than they can handle, and you won't see the doctor for more than a brief hello if you can be handed off to an APRN.

It is very frustrating dealing with his office. They do not answer their phone. Ever! They also will not give you an appointment while you're there they tell you to call to make one which is impossible. When I saw him he seemed nice enough told me he wanted me to get a nerve conduction test and I would have to come back. It took me months of calling every day to get an appointment. My experience with Dr. Jay Mahajan’s office has been extremely frustrating. Despite numerous calls to Celestina’s office from Monday to Thursday, I never received a callback as promised. Calls to Katie, the back office manager, went unanswered due to a full voicemail. The only time I spoke to someone, Amanda B., was through a three-way call with my provider. I have been with two different loved ones who saw Dr Mahajan and another who saw Dr Balsiger and both times we also saw Andrew Colin-the-useless nurse-practitioner, once we saw Sharlene Jeffers. Disappointed in all of them and do not recommend my experiences to anyone. This practice is very very busy and the 'bros' running it don't care about you unless you have something interesting going on and if you don't, off to Andy-the-useless you go. Patient Abandoment..Due to his staff rescheduling me but shows as I did no shows. I have a compression to my spinal cord that is causing lack of oxygen to my brain horrible that I'm being abandoned. Due to his staff's mistakes have tried to reach him several times no response.

Dr Mahajan is the most amazingly proficient Doctor I've ever used in my life! Everything about his pleasing personality will make anyone think why can't more Doctors be similar to him!
