Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
