Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. No, my decisions were always respected Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding
