Children's Medical Center CMC is a first class pediatric office. Their nursing staff is over the top attentive and are the best shot-givers in the world! All of the doctors are extremely professional and make you feel like you are being well cared-for.
Not Good My daughter has been going to CMCD since she was born. Over the past year every time I call to schedule an appointment I can never get through to a human. I’m forced to leave a voicemail and wait hours, sometimes a day, to receive a call back. Very frustrating! The front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. It was something I was willing to overlook because we love our pediatrician, Dr. Todd. However, I hate not being able to speak to an actual person when requesting appointments. I absolutely love Dr. Jay, he was my pediatrician when I was a child and now he's my kiddos pediatrician. my son has asthma and it was always a priority to get him any medication needed and getting his asthma under control. I genuinely love to come see Dr. Jay!! Amazing Doctor!! Thank you!!
Dr Jay has served as pediatrician for all 4 of our young children for the last 9 years. We have been pleased to see him every single time we visit. His bedside manner as well as medicine are the pinnacle of what a pediatrician should be. He has always been amazingly kind, considerate, and interested in us as a family. He has genuine concern for us as parents and how we are doing as we raise our kids. Also, we used to live in Denver but now have no problem driving 15 miles to come see him!
