The wait is the worse ever, I asked for the first appointment and still be going out at noon, the staff is the worst ever very rude and no manners, in the exam room the notice that says that you can't throw the diaper in the TRASHCAN is so rude because you wait and wait for hours obviously you need to change the baby so I found it offensive... Although the doctor I really like him he is quite good and I feel comfortable with him, just the staff is the worse.
This experience has not been good at all. The office is quite cramped and offers no "well baby" area. The wait is quite long and the doctor didn't show good bed side manner with my child. I need one paper filled out for my records and the staff can't seem to comply with filling out this form even a week after my request and multiple reminders. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. There are plenty of pediatrician more in tune with patient's needs in this area.
