We have been coming for over 12 years and today was absolutely one of the worst experiences . Discrimination from front office staff , laughing and being very unprofessional. I’m currently on hold to speak to office manager , and not surprised I’ve been waiting over 10 minutes . I will be filing complaint with BBB, any medical review board applicable .
They never answered me phone calls. I just wanted to schedule an appointment but called 5 times and no answer. So disappointed
Pretty decent
Every time I call to make an appointment I'm placed on hold for up to 30 minutes. I've had to put my day on hold to stay on the phone just waiting. Why is it so hard to just get connected???
