I brought my daughter in for a concussion evaluation follow up, so she could be cleared for participation in high school sports. Dr. Bustamante was extremely unprofessional and kept telling my daughter to never get tattoos or piercings because they are pointless and a waste (I was in my casual wear and had my tattoos exposed and my daughter had a belly button piercing at the time). My daughter received excellent care at this facility . No matter what dr saw her she always received excellent care . One time a dr at urgent care told us she was not sick and gave her NO antibiotics so the next day I took her to Bakersfield Pediatrics and Misty told us she had bronchitis and needed an antibiotic or it would turn into pneumonia. I am so thankful for the caring staff and Drs . I am sad to say my daughter can no longer go to this facility because she is now 18 . Thank you for your amazing caring Drs.
Was 2 min late .had arrived exactly at 10am by time i walked in they denied my children to be seen.even with a previous call I had made to let them know 45 min earlier .that was going to be late do to car problems and was waiting on my ride.and who ever answered said ,they had let the office know and i should be ok. As soon as I walked in no one was in the waiting room.they also said doctor was to busy and wasn't going to see them for there physical. Very disappointed with the quality of care provided. My son was a new patient with the facility on old river. He went in and was out within a few min. Wasn't even seen for what he was originally there for. Took a month just to get rushed out. He was offered several vaccination with no explanations for what they were and why he needed them. EVEN after my son asked what the vaccination were for. The doctor that atteneded him was Padmaja Kankar, MD. He will not be going back at all. Terrible service.
