Spent 30 minutes in multiple calls with the operator “pulling up “ the patient information just for her to hang up eveytime ? I think her name was Melinda, she’s a bad egg.
I just received a call from the rudest woman coming from a phone number associated with this doctors office which is linked to a telehealth agency called telemed2u. I signed up for more info online with telemed2u (and maybe in hindsight the ridiculous name should have given me pause), but after speaking with the woman in that office today, I can say for sure I will never use their services.
