It is not the Doctor I am leaving a review for it is the staff. There are SEVERAL Doctor's in this field to choose from of course so good thing no one is limited on who they choose to give their money too. My review is on the staff. Calling there is anything BUT friendly!! The woman making/taking appointments is far from a warm hello. Since this is first contact, it is imperative they are friendly in order to keep or make new patients. Evaluate your staff!!
Dr.Wong is simply one of the best. Went thru two surgeries. Dr.Wong and his staff where there every step of the way to include after recovery!
I broke my arm recently. Dr Wong went out of his way to go to ER and set it for me. He is a Great Dr. You can Trust what he says.
He listens and explains the procedure he is proforming on me, he is very compassionate and I have always been satisfied with surgery and treatments for various ailments.
Saw Dr. Wong regarding left knee implant repair. He referred me to his associate, Dr. Stanley Michael who does the knee surgeries. Both doctors were very polite and informative as was their entire office staff. Dr.. Michael explained knee surgery and the need for pre-op studies. He took his time to explain all and permitted to ask questions. This office is well organized and runs smoothly. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you. Suzanne Bellinger
Dr. Wong was recommended through a friend. After inquiring, many people I knew came forward claiming he was amazing and did their surgeries. He was very nice and very thorough. He knows what he is doing. I have a family member that has been in the medical field for over 10 years and did her clinicals with him. She truly trusts him and his work. Was very detailed explaining how surgery went as well. He actually makes me feel like he cares about my well being. No 1 has anything negative to say.
