Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Dr Wong is exceptional and explained all information needed
There are many ortho surgeons to choose from and I’m very particular. So glad I chose Dr Wong! He is patient (I ask lots of questions), and caring. 7 weeks post-op (arthroscopic knee surgery), my knee is doing great. He did everything possible (band, ligament, meniscus clean up) that could be done to ensure the best outcome. Many surgeons would just do the bare minimum as to what the insurance co approved and see you up and send you on your way. Dr Wong is very pleasant and the staff is pleasant but both my visits he seemed rushed, even after I waited almost 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. During my second follow up visit he was accompanied by a PT person which made me very uncomfortable. I feel he should have asked my permission before bringing someone else into the room that is not a part of his staff. His answers to my questions were very vague. I wish he would take the time to explain things better and to make sure patients understand the process... read more
I Accompanied a family member to an appointment today. The girl Mallory at check out was extremely rude and argumentative. I don't think she belongs in this office when she is rude to patients. The other staff members were extremely nice, she was rude and I would never go back again because of her. I don't recommend going to this office while she is there.

Simply the best and most caring orthopod in the area. You see this doc for all of your visits (pre and postoperatively) and, as many can attest to, that is uncommon in our current healthcare environment. Dr Wong has repaired my rotator cuff in each shoulder and performed a repair of the distal biceps. I had very little postoperative pain after each surgery that "required" prescription pain meds only for the first 3 nights. I can throw a football with my kids, surf/swim, and I am back in the gym
Virginia in your office is a miserable person who clearly hates her job. It is a shame the doctors are great and their staff needs serious reconsideration. Who wants to come some where spend money and have to deal with miserable staff. Customer service and a smile go a long way.
It is not the Doctor I am leaving a review for it is the staff. There are SEVERAL Doctor's in this field to choose from of course so good thing no one is limited on who they choose to give their money too. My review is on the staff. Calling there is anything BUT friendly!! The woman making/taking appointments is far from a warm hello. Since this is first contact, it is imperative they are friendly in order to keep or make new patients. Evaluate your staff!!
Dr.Wong is simply one of the best. Went thru two surgeries. Dr.Wong and his staff where there every step of the way to include after recovery!
