I’m sorry to have to say the man in the blue uniform behind the desk may need some manners and courtesy courses. I say this only because the rest of the staff was so super friendly and warm.

Just went through my first post op from a full knee replacement. Great job on the surgery. Great advice both before and after surgery. Recovering very well.
He was a bit backed up today so I did wait a little bit longer. He did apologize for the delay which was no big deal to me. He’s a great doctor. He injected the gel without any pain. Tx for doing such a great job.
