Dr Rupp is a great doctor. However, it seems that he is always behind schedule. Our appointment was 10:25 and we didn't get in to see him until 11:05. People that came in after us, was taken in before us. The receptionist told us that everyone in the waiting room was here to see Dr. Rupp.Totally unacceptable! I know "things happen" at times, but what is the point of an appointment?! I don't know if they double book or what the problem is...but they need to work on their timeliness. Dr.Rupp is amazing my dad was going almost blind and Dr.Rupp brought his vision back! His the best eye doctor ever your in great hands! Thank you Dr.Rupp God bless your enormously ✨️
My wife and I are very fortunate to be patients of Dr Rupp. He has helped her with Glaucoma issues as well as cateracts. Thanks to him my cateract surgery also went great. He cares a great deal about his patients and always takes time to answer any questions. I especially appreciate that he will give you his honest opinion when it comes to alternatives. I highly recommend him to anyone.
