Authentic exchanges. Rowland is able to meet people where they are, as is said. Significant absence of physician like posturing.
Years ago, Dr Rowland and his team of professionals were instrumental in saving my life. He explained to me every medication change and his reasoning for it, even though I was just a 15 year ole kid. He always asked me if I was okay with my meds being changed. He wanted to know how I was doing - he asked about stressors and positive events instead of just having me rate my symptoms on a scale. He made more progress on my medication regimen than any other doctor has, and I wish be his patient again.
Dr. Rowland and his staff are caring, welcoming, thorough and prompt in responding to questions. They have had a positive impact on my son's life.
